Refurbished means the device was pre-owned, but it has undergone a rigorous 65-point inspection, repair, and cleaning process to function exactly like a new device. We categorize them into grades based purely on cosmetic appearance.
Yes! Every device purchased on System Solutions comes with a standard 12-month comprehensive warranty. You can also purchase extended warranty plans during checkout.
We guarantee a minimum of 80% battery health on all devices. If a device fails this check during refurbishment, we replace the battery with a certified new one.
Shipping & Delivery
Standard delivery is completely free and takes 3-5 business days. We also offer next-day delivery in select major cities for a nominal fee.
Currently, System Solutions only operates and ships within India.
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking link. You can also view the status from the 'Track Order' section in your dashboard.
Returns & Refunds
We offer a 7-day no-questions-asked return policy. If you don't love the device, simply initiate a return from your dashboard, and we'll schedule a free pickup.
Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, refunds are processed within 3-5 business days to your original payment method.
