The warranty is voided or does not apply in the following scenarios:
Log in to your Dashboard, go to Warranty Claims, and select the device to initiate a claim.
Our technical team will contact you within 24 hours to troubleshoot the issue remotely.
If a repair is needed, we will schedule a free, secure pickup from your address.
Your device is repaired at our certified facility and shipped back to you within 5-7 business days.
1. The 12-month warranty period begins from the date of delivery.
2. Warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
3. System Solutions reserves the right to repair or replace the defective unit with an equivalent model at our discretion.
4. Data recovery is not covered under warranty. Please back up your data before sending any device for repair.
5. If parts are unavailable, System Solutions may offer a prorated store credit based on the remaining warranty period and device depreciation.
While we recommend keeping the box for safe transit, it is not strictly required. We will provide packaging instructions if needed.
